Therefore, the government is trying to support the use and development in the Essentials sector by including the development of the Bendungan Trenggalek District Area as an Agricultural Technology Park and Essentials Science Techno Park area in the RPJMD (Regional Medium Term Development Plan) for Trenggalek Regency for 2021 - 2026 by carrying out Science Techno planning Park Atsiri. The planning for the Essential Science Techno Park is a form of effort to increase and support national research and improve the regional economy by carrying out research and development in the field of Essential Oils. The purpose of this research is to carry out landscape design and site analysis for educational tourism and the essential research center in Trenggalek Regency in order to realize a design that is in accordance with the vision and mission of the establishment of the Atsiri Science Techno Park. Critical regionalism masih tetap meneruskan tradisi seperti yang ada pada regionalism tetapi lebih banyak mengikuti unsur modernisasi. Glenn Murcutt memiliki teori yang sesuai dengan critical regionalism yaitu terdapat identitas serta kearifan lokal, selain itu juga kontekstual, dengan sustainable architecture, serta high tech culture yang turut berperan, dan desain bangunan haruslah ramah lingkungan. Rumusan masalah tentang bagaimana penerapan yangcritical regionalism pada bangunan Marika Alderton Housed dan Museum Tsunami Aceh. Dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melaluli tinjauan literature. Penerapan critical regionalisme adalah pada bangunan Marika Alderton House di Australia yang mengambil nilai tradisional masyarakat Aborigin dan material prefebrikasi ramah lingkungan. Bangunan yang kedua adalah penerapan pada Museum Tsunami Aceh yang ada di Indonesia dengan tema Escape Hill sebagai kenangan atas peristiwa Tsunami Aceh. Dipengaruhi budaya dan filsafat Jepang yang menekankan meditasi, harmoni, dan relaksasi, Arsitektur Zen Modern dapat diterapkan pada interior ruang untuk menciptakan suasana tenang, nyaman, dan seimbang.</p> <p>Studi kasus ini mengkaji penerapan Arsitektur Zen Modern pada interior Pelindo Sport Cafe, sebuah kafe yang terletak di Pelabuhan Tanjung Perak Surabaya dan merupakan bagian dari fasilitas olahraga dan rekreasi PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) untuk karyawan dan masyarakat sekitar. Permukiman tersebut muncul dan berkembang karena keturunan pangeran dan abdi dalem tetap memilih tiggal di area tersebut, ditambah warga diluar <em>abdi dalem</em>. Hal tersebut salah satunya dipicu oleh posisi <em>dalem</em> Mangkubumen berada di pusat kota, sehingga permukiman tersebut tetap berkembang. Berdasarkan UU. No. 1/2011 tentang Perumahan dan Permukiman, diharapkan &nbsp;kompleks <em>Dalem</em> Mangkubumen wajib memiliki sarana dan prasarana untuk upaya pemenuhan rumah yang layak huni. &nbsp;Penelitian ini fokus pada penilaian kondisi fisik bangunan hunian berdasarkan indikator rumah layak huni. Apart from that, the roof also has the function of influencing the temperature and humidity in an area within a space. There are various types of roofs that can be applied to various buildings, one of which is the tin roof. This research was carried out using quantitative methods in the form of experiments or trials using room temperature applications on the ability of roof coverings to withstand solar heat. Measurements are made by comparing the temperature between tin roofs that are coated with black paint and zinc that is not coated with black or a neutral color according to the color of the original material. The aim of this research is to determine the temperature comparison of the interior of zinc whose surface is coated with black paint and zinc that is not coated with black paint. According to calculations through these observational experiments, black paint on the surface of a tin roof that is given black paint is able to reduce heat, even though black itself is a color that absorbs more heat than other colors.
