SEV Volume 7 Number 2 September 2022 discusses issues surrounding the fields of legal philosophy, civil law, and legal theories/concepts. The field of legal philosophy discusses Freedom of Expression and Hate Speech in a Review of Applied Philosophy; the field of civil law discusses two issues, such as the Partnership Relationship During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Terms of the Undue Influence Doctrine and the Resolution of Brand Disputes in Indonesia; as well as issues in the field of legal theory/concept, namely Regarding Legal Culture and Social Change in Society from Industry to Digital.

Manuscripts submitted and to be published cover the broad spectrum of law, i.e. civil law, administrative law, business law, constitutional law, criminal law, international law, Islamic Law, Legal Philosophy, Customary Law, Human Rights, etc. We also welcome manuscripts from empirical and interdisciplinary research.
