Publication Ethics
Our journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. All parties involved in the publishing process—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—are expected to adhere to ethical guidelines to ensure the integrity of academic publishing.
-
Duties of Authors:
- Authors must ensure that their work is original and free from plagiarism. Proper citations must be provided for any material sourced from other works.
- The manuscript should not be submitted to multiple journals simultaneously.
- Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.
- Any errors discovered in published works should be promptly reported to the editorial team for correction or retraction.
-
Duties of Reviewers:
- Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the manuscripts they are evaluating and should not share or discuss the content with anyone outside the editorial team.
- Reviews should be objective, constructive, and free of any personal bias.
- Reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality and should recuse themselves from the review process if necessary.
-
Duties of Editors:
- Editors have the responsibility to ensure the quality and integrity of the content published in the journal.
- They must evaluate manuscripts based solely on their academic merit, without discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, or political beliefs.
- Editors are also responsible for handling conflicts of interest and taking swift action in cases of suspected unethical behavior, such as plagiarism or falsification of data.
-
Duties of the Publisher:
- The publisher must ensure that the editorial process runs smoothly, providing support to the editorial team, authors, and reviewers.
- The publisher is responsible for maintaining the journal’s ethical policies and ensuring transparency in the publication process.
