Peer Review Process

LingKAr Journal follows a rigorous peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the articles published. This process involves evaluation by experts in the field to provide constructive feedback and ensure that only high-quality scholarly work is accepted for publication. Here are the details of our peer review process:

  1. Submission Review:

    • After an article is submitted, the journal's editorial team will check its alignment with the journal’s scope and guidelines. If the article meets the initial criteria, it will be forwarded to the next stage of review.

  2. Reviewer Selection:

    • Accepted articles are sent to reviewers with expertise in the topic discussed. We strive to select objective reviewers with relevant academic backgrounds. Each article is typically reviewed by two or more independent reviewers.

  3. Review Process:

    • Initial Review: Reviewers assess the scientific quality, originality, methodology, and contribution of the article. They also evaluate whether the article adheres to ethical guidelines and academic standards.
    • Feedback: Reviewers provide feedback that includes suggestions for improvement, comments on the strengths and weaknesses of the article, and recommendations on whether the article should be accepted, revised, or rejected.
    • Revisions: Based on the feedback from reviewers, authors are asked to revise their articles.

  4. Editorial Decision:

    • After the review and revision process is complete, the journal editor will make a final decision regarding the acceptance of the article. The decision can be:
      • Accepted: The article will be published after final processes such as editing and formatting.
      • Minor/Major Revisions: The article needs to be revised before it can be accepted for publication. Authors must resubmit the revised article for additional evaluation.
      • Rejected: The article is not accepted for publication. Authors will receive feedback on the reasons for rejection.

  5. Transparency and Confidentiality:

    • We maintain confidentiality throughout the peer review process. The identities of reviewers and authors are kept confidential to ensure objective and fair reviews.
